Inland service terms & conditions
These conditions apply to ground vehicle transport services coordinated by Titan Transport Logistics LLC within the United States.
Vehicle preparation
The customer delivers the unit with no fluid leaks, a quarter tank of fuel or less, the alarm disabled and no loose parts or accessories. Personal items are permitted up to 100 pounds, with prior notice, at the customer’s risk and for an additional fee.
Pickup and delivery
Service is provided door to door wherever access and local regulations allow. When that is not possible, a nearby meeting point is arranged. If no one is available to receive the unit, it is moved to the nearest terminal and storage fees may apply.
Bill of Lading and inspection
The Bill of Lading documents the condition of the vehicle at loading and at delivery. The customer or their authorized representative must inspect the unit and note any damage before signing. Signing without notations is treated as acceptance of the delivered condition.
Coverage and claims
Ground transport is covered by the assigned carrier’s policy. Any claim must be submitted in writing together with the signed Bill of Lading bearing the relevant notations and photographic evidence taken at the time of delivery.
Inoperable vehicles
Units that do not start or roll require additional equipment and labor. The customer must declare this when requesting a quote; otherwise additional charges may apply or pickup may be rescheduled.
