The full process
- 1
Choose Titan Transport and Logistics
Request your free quote, get guidance from our team and pick the shipping date that works for you.
- 2
Prepare documentation
Valid ID and a copy of the vehicle title or registration. If financed, a notarized authorization letter from the lender.
- 3
Prepare the vehicle
Remove personal items, leave the tank at a quarter or less, secure the battery and disable the alarm.
- 4
Transport
We move the unit and track its status. Transit times are operational estimates, not contractual guarantees.
- 5
Delivery
We notify you of arrival, coordinate delivery and inspect the unit together before you sign the receipt.
Documents usually required
The exact list depends on the route and destination. Your sales advisor confirms the requirements for your case.
- Valid photo ID of the vehicle owner
- Title of ownership or vehicle registration
- Lender authorization letter if the unit is financed
- DTOP-issued duplicate title for shipments from Puerto Rico
- VIN, stock number and buyer number for auction units
A note about timing
The estimates we share are based on normal operation for each route. Weather, vessel space availability, port congestion and customs processes at destination can change them. We let you know as soon as we detect any change.
