These terms apply to text messages (SMS) sent by Titan Transport Logistics LLC ("Titan Transport and Logistics", "we", "us") to customers who request a vehicle shipping quote.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the box "Yes, text me about my quote" on our quote form and submitting it with your mobile number. The box is never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Messages we send
Titan Transport Logistics LLC texts you about your vehicle shipping quote request, including:
- Your quote and price
- Pickup details and scheduling
- Follow up from your shipping agent about your quote
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your quote request and shipment activity.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts. To opt back in, reply START or check the SMS box again on a new quote request.

Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
