Data we collect

We collect the information you voluntarily provide in our forms: name, phone, email, pickup and delivery addresses, and details about the vehicle you want to move.

How we use your information

We use your data to prepare quotes, coordinate the shipment, follow up and respond to your inquiries. We do not sell your personal information. To complete your shipment, we give the carrier assigned to your vehicle the shipment details it needs for pickup and delivery. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with carriers, service providers or anyone else.

We do not share SMS opt-in data

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates, for any purpose.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS opt-in data means your consent to receive text messages from Titan Transport Logistics LLC and the record of when and where you gave it. We never sell, rent, share or transfer it.

SMS messaging policy

SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates (see "We do not share SMS opt-in data" above).

We send text messages only if you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you opt in, Titan Transport Logistics LLC may text you at the mobile number you provided about your vehicle shipping quote request, including your price, pickup details and follow up from your agent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your shipment or prevent us from contacting you through other channels.

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold or rented to any third parties or affiliates. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described in this policy.

Phone calls

When you submit our quote form, you authorize us to call you at the number provided about your quote request, shipment status, pickup or delivery confirmations, appointments and support. Calls may be recorded for quality and training. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can ask us to stop calling at any time.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to info@titantransportlogistics.com. We will address your request within the timeframes required by applicable regulations.
